Almost every Tuesday night @7pm a group of C&Cers from around Fredericton get together for a couple hours of volleyball.

Please feel free to come on out & join us! It’s just for fun, & none of us are pros or take it too seriously.

Stay updated on our Facebook page as I’ll post if volleyball is to be cancelled for some reason.

Monthly C&C Meal-

Every first Sunday of the month you’re invited to stick around after the AM service for a free meal together in the basement of the church.

It’ll be a great time to hang out, meet new people, catch up with friends & enjoy some good food. We hope to kick this off in Oct. or Nov.

C&C Upcoming Series-

Starting Sept.24th we’ll go through a 4 week series from Pastor Matt Chandler on Apologetics.

We’ll be tackling 4 common questions you may be faced with at school or in the workplace;

  1. Why does God allow suffering and tragedy?
  2. Does science disprove Christianity?
  3. Is Jesus really the only way?
  4. Why are Christians so hypocritical?                                                                                                                                       Christians throughout the ages have wrestled with questions like these, and chances are, so do you. Having faith isn’t always easy. You may not always have the “winning” answer that makes you popular. Sometimes believing the Bible might make you feel like everyone’s against you. But it’s critical that you don’t run from these types of questions.                                                                                                                                                               Here’s the series trailer-

C&C Past Series-

Hyper-spiritual approaches to finding God’s will just don’t work. It’s time to try something new: give up.

Pastor and author Kevin DeYoung counsels Christians to settle down, make choices, and do the hard work of seeing those choices through. Too often, he writes, God’s people jump from church to church, workplace to workplace, relational circle to relational circle, worrying that they haven’t found God’s perfect will for their lives. But God doesn’t need to tell us what to do at each fork in the road. He’s already revealed His plan for our lives: to love Him with our whole hearts, to obey His Word, and after that, to do what we like.

No need for hocus-pocus. No reason to be directionally challenged. Just do something.

We’ll be working through the book from April 16th & until mid-June, reading a chapter or two a week on our own time then getting together on the Sunday night to chat about what we’ve learned, ask questions, encourage each other, etc. Just $10 for your own copy of the book! You can find the study guide here- (JDS Study Guide)

This was a DVD series from Tim Keller titled, “Gospel in Life”. This was a course on the gospel & how it is lived out in all of life— first in our hearts, then in community, & out into the world. Week 1 opens the course with the theme of the city: our home now, the world that is. Week 8 closes the course with the theme of the eternal city: our heavenly home, the world that is to come. In between we will look at how the gospel changes our hearts (weeks 2&3), changes our community (weeks 4&5), and changes how we live in the world (weeks 6&7).
Session Titles:
1. City: The World That Is
2. Heart: Three Ways to Live
3. Idolatry: The Sin Beneath The Sin
4. Community: The Context for Change
5. Witness: An Alternate City
6. Work: Cultivating the Garden
7. Justice: A People For Others
8. Eternity: The World That Is To Come

We studied the 4 names of Christ the prophet Isaiah reveals to us in Isaiah 9:6. For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

Here are the notes from the series if you’d like to take a peep at them.- Isaiah 9.6 C&C Series

The Bible is the story of the Gospel, the Good News of Christ from cover to cover. Do you know the Gospel? Have you responded to the Gospel? If so, would you know how to clearly explain & share the Gospel to someone who doesn’t have  clue what it is? This series will help point you to the true Gospel of Christ no matter where you’re at in your spiritual journey. You can buy the book here- (, or buy a copy from me, Micah, for just $10.
